All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹3000. A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to orders below this value.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high demand periods.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
