Refund and Returns Policy

At The Sundayy, each piece is carefully crafted and securely packaged.

Product Characteristics

Our products are created using 3D printing techniques. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, and fine layer lines may be visible. These are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a wrong product

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Reporting an Issue (Within 24 Hours)

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
The video must:

  • Be recorded from the start of opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed packaging
  • Clearly capture the damage or incorrect item

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

  • The item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All original components must be included

Resolution Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement will be issued for the same product, or
  • A refund will be processed (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Timeline (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via UPI.

Return Shipping

If the return request is approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped by the customer to our designated return address, unless otherwise communicated by us. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in colour/finish
  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Requests made after 24 hours
